Well, we’re almost through the first part of the year. We’ve had a few changes and some miscues , but we’re moving onward. Sue Rowley stepped forward to claim the Publicity chairperson slot, Be sure to thank her for that.
The April Campout went off as planned – Had a lot of cancellations at the last moment – Probably due to having to go North to the spring Fling the following week. However, they missed a good campout – Weather was perfect (in the 70’s!) Saturday Breakfast was well received – Had the Sourdough pancakes – Seemed to go over well.
The MAY campout has been moved up to 13-16 May 2010 through a miscommunication issue with the Wagonmasters – But reservations have been made and need to be honored. The wagonmasters did notify us during the February meeting that the date had been changed – However, the Campout date changes need to be approved by voice vote prior to making them firm.
Let’s all try to go to the Chapter campouts – if reservations are made at a RV park we need to honor them. Some parks are not as understanding as Hagerman was and WILL charge the club for the unfilled spots.
Because of the MAY Campout date change the Monthly Meeting will be AFTER the campout – on the usual 3rd Thursday – 20 May 2010.
I’m looking forward to seeing you all at the next campouts.

Well Club,
We’re off to the start of a new year and decade. The January meeting went well we had a couple of Guests and Gudrun Robinson joined out little group.
Jean Hilliard has resigned from Publicity Chairperson due to scheduling conflicts after many years of excellent service to the club. Many Thanks to Jean for her many years of club service. Sooo we are now looking for a new publicity chairperson, If you are interested – give me a call.
Ron Pelkey passed out new 2010 club rosters as the previous one had a few errors – and you Know Ron – he wanted it correct. Thanks go to Ron for the Extra effort to get it correct. If you happen to notice any errors that we missed – or need the new one – drop a line to me or Ron and we’ll do what we can to take care of any problems.
The Website got hit by some evil GREMLINS just recently, so we will be restoring some of the pages that got removed and adding new content when it is available.
Newest entry on the website is in the Campout section – Judy called the State Parks and reserved some space for the June Campout at 3 Island Park – take a look there for more information.
The campout schedule is pretty well firmed up for the year - Ron is working on the Mystery Tour Trip Campout – But I have it from pretty good sources that the Beatles will probably not be making an appearance.
I’m looking forward to the First campout at Hagerman. As usual I will be having a Pancake Breakfast on that Saturday. Multiple types will be available.

November 2008
Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.
GUESTS: At the meeting in November we welcomed guests Howard Burnett, son of Vic Burnett and Jim Nickerson, son of Nick Nickerson.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Boots discussed the Christmas Party that was held December 18 and cost $20. The old photo albums that we used for the Chapter of the Year were available for those who would like to have any photos to take. Ron took the remaining albums home and is going to try to put them on a CD/DVD for posterity before getting rid of the albums. Pat asked if the membership would like to have guest speakers in January, February, and March for our meetings. Everyone thought this would be a good idea.
CAMPOUTS: The following campouts have been selected: April 16-19 - Fort Running Bear, May 28-31 – Meadows RV Park, June 25-28 – Starlight Mountain Theater, July 23-26 – SISCRA, August 27-30 – Three Island Crossing, September 24-27 – Ponderosa State Park, October 22-25 - Village of the Trees. Ron also asked if there was any interest in making a long trip. This trip would possibly be to Pendleton for a tour of the Underground City, then to Prosser, Washington, for a wine tour and chocolate tasting, then some other RV park in the Tri-Cities or Spokane area before arriving in St. Maries for the Spring Fling. This trip could be done in reverse after the Spring Fling too. Ron also invited everyone to visit them at Farragut State Park. Mary Alice and Ron are going to be camp hosts in August and part of September again and would like the company.
CHRISTMAS PARTY DECEMBER 18: There were approximately 28 members and two guests who attended our party. Everyone had a good time. We played several games that from appearances everyone enjoyed.
MISCELLENCE: The gold colored membership books will be passed out at our January meeting. MEETINGS:
January 15
February 19
March 19
April 9
HAPPY NEW YEAR
